Show DEATH CLAIM PAID. Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Ericksen, parents par-ents of Milton Ericksen, who met death in an automobile accident In Salt .Lake City recently, have received re-ceived a check for $2000 from the Western States Life Insurance Co. of San Francisco. Young Ericksen had made two payments of $26.81 each on his policy which was for ?1000. The additional J1UO0 was given on account of an accidental death provision pro-vision which his policy contained. Due to an error in the name entered enter-ed in the Emergency hospital, ana police records at the time of the accident, ac-cident, considerable difficulty was en. countered in obtaining the proper data necessary in the death claims. However, through the efforts of Supervisor R. K. Hardy in the Salt Lake City Branch office, the conrecl information was obtained and the check immediately forwarded from San Francisco. Western States Life has paid several death claims in this locality recently, in each instance the payments have been prompt and to the satisfaction of those concerned.
