Show The Wedding' Be.v.itiful in every appointment and detail wa the reception given Thursday evening at the C. W. Soren-sen Soren-sen home, honoring Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Sorensen. who were manned Wednesday in the .Manti Temple. The bride wore a beautiful frock ol blue crepe. Iter veil of silk maline was caught in a cornet of lilies of the valley. She carried a shower 'bouquet of Ophelia roses and ililies of the valley. Iter bridesmaids Miss Ilelene Nelsen and Miss Beth Candland wore peach and pink taffeta taf-feta and georgette crepe frocks and carried bouquets of pink and orchid iweet peas tied with maline bows of 'he same colors. The two little '.lower girls Evelyn 'Jensen and Gueni -eely wore dainty little voile dresses 'in pait el shades. The groom was attended by Ray Petersen as best man. The wedding party stood in an improvised bower of bridal wreath, mow balls and peonies. In the diniag room where refreshments refresh-ments were served from a luncheon i.a'ble covered with a shanting embroidered em-broidered clojth, a pink and white olor scheme predominated. During the hours of the recaption' from four till ten o'clock, a varied program was presented by the following, fol-lowing, Mis-i Thelma Iieaumann, Mrs. Stanley H. Gill, Miss Qleah Wall, Miss Helen Ericksen, Miss Bemitta Madsen, Mad-sen, Miss Louiise Fowles, Miss Myra Heck, Miss Dorthy Beck, Mi is Ilelene 'nalson, Miss Ethel Lund, Mrs. Miss Helen Madsen, Miss Faughn Nelson, Miss Pearl Ppulson, Miss Eloise A. Mc Clure, Mis. II . G. 'uirksen, Miss Emma Larsen, Miss Pearl Larsen, Mrs. Louise J. Tucker, Reed Clark. Miss Elida Staker, and t six piece orchestra. More tha t three hundred guests .ailed during the reception hours. The young couplo left -Friday norning to spend their honeymoon mi a motor trip in the northern pa.rt f the the state. |
