On Wednesday morning the gleaner glean-er girls of the South ward with their teacher Mrs. Ernest Peterson took a hike up the Cottonwood Canyon. They saw the sun rise over the valley, val-ley, cooked their breakfast and dinner din-ner and came home in the afternoon. Games and slants were enjoyed. Wednesday evening fifteen mar- ried ladies enjoyed a weenie roast west of town, a merry social evening was held around the campfire. |
