Show FtXERAL SERVICES ARE HELD FOR REXXETT MOXK Funeral services were held this Friday afternoon for Bennett Monk, who died at his home in this city on Wednesday August 11th.. Bishop H C Jacobs conducted the services which were held at: the residence. "Rock of Ages," "Guide Me To Thee" and other songs were given by members of the choir. Miss Lena Brown gove a violin solo and Miss Goldie Neilson gave a vocal solo. The speakers were 'William Olson, Rev. Clemensen, and Christian Johansen. The opening open-ing prayer was offered by James Monsen and the closing prayer was given by L. " C. Rasmussen The ,'rave was dedicated by Bishop H. C"MrCOMonk was born in Denmark on November 20, 1848 and came to Mount Pleasant in 1862 and made his home here. He 11 hi widow and three children, fcagar, Glen and Mrs. R. D. Wells of Victor. Utah. |
