Show NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Thursday the 20th day of November, 1975 at 4:00 p.m. in the Davis County Commission Commis-sion Chambers, County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, the Davis Cornty Board of Adjustment will conduct a hearing to consider the following appeal from the requirement of the zoning ordinance. or-dinance. CASE NO. 205-75: An appeal by O. Kenneth Ken-neth Smith to allow a variance to construct a residence on a lot which does not have the required frontage. Property located in the Alda Verda Plat A. Subdivision, Lot 10. Zoning Ordinance 2-10-4 (2). It is hereby required that the appellants and those in opposition or their agents be present to argue the case.
