Show De Marco Gets Change of Venue Joe DeMarco, charged with assault as-sault with intent to commit murder mur-der and, who was to have been arraigned in Judge Kenuer's court Wednesday, secured a change of venue to Judge Me Ginnis' court at Midvale when the case was called yesterday. De Marco is alleged to have shot his divorced wife, Margaret Toggoletti when she refused to concilate their differences and return re-turn to him. The shooting occured last winter win-ter but the hearing has been de. layed pending sufficient recovery of the victim, to be able to appear ap-pear as a witness against De-Marco. |
