Show NOTICE TO WATEH USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 28, 1914. Notice is hereby given that the Big Springs Electric Company, by its manager, Ernest Anderson, whose post office address is Fountain Green, Utah, makes application in accordance with the requirements of Section 1288x24, Chapter 62, Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1!)0!), to change tho point of return of thirteen 13) cubic feet of water per second of the waters of Big Springs, Sanpete County, Utah. Said waters has heretofore here-tofore been diverted at a point which bears south 80 degrees west :l.70i) feet distant of the northwest corner of section 1, Township 14 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and has been used to propel electrical machinery at Fountain Foun-tain Green, Utah. After having been so diverted and used, the water has been returned to the natural channel of the stream, at a point which lies 1,379 feet north and (iGO feet east of the northwest corner of Section 1, Township 14 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The applicant now desires to change the place of return of said water, to a point which lies 1,351 feet north and 74 6 feet east of the northwest corner of Section 1, Township 14 south, Range 2 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. a204. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reas ons therefor, must be made by affl- , davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty 30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice. no-tice.
