Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 10th, 1915. Notice is hereby given that Nephi Anderson and Niels M. Anderson, whose post office address is Provo, L Utah, have made application in acoor- K dance with the requirements of the J Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, ae amended by- the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate five and three-fourths (5) cubic-feet cubic-feet of water per second from Red i Hills Creek and Rod Hills Spring, j Sanpete County, Utah, five (5)' cubic-feef of water per second will be diverted from Red Hills Creek, at a point which bears north 63 degrees 20 minutes west 1,015 feet distant from the southeast corner cor-ner of Section 15, Township Ki south. Range 3 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. Three-fourths () of a cubic-foot of water per second will be diverted from Red Hill Spring at its point of issuance, which point j bears north S4 degrees 40 minutes west 1.035 feet distant from the southeast corner of said Section 15. The water from both sources will be conveyed, by means of a ditch for a distance of 7,300 feet, where it will be used from April 1 to Ccober 31, inclusive, of each year, .t irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in Sections Sec-tions 14 and 23, Township 13 south. In addition to the quantity quan-tity of water above specified, the applicants propose to divert and appropriate ap-propriate thirty-five (35) acre-feet of water from said Red Hills Orfe.lt and Red Hills Spring at the points above described.
