Show Wasatch faculty entertains s pu8lic school faculties k One of the most delightful socia' ; events of the Spring was the party given by the Faculty of Wasatch 5 Academy in honor of the Mt. Pleas ant High School and Public School c Faculties on Friday evening. The spacious reception halls and library j were inviting with their cosy cor- j ners, pillows and potted plants. . The event of the evening was the presentation of a playlet. "Shakes- 1 peare's Wooing" in which Mr. Wyatt had the role of Romeo. Mr, Johns of Lancelot Gubbo, Miss Whittlesey Whit-tlesey of Ophelia. M'ss Metzger of Lady Macbeth, and the Misses Potts Montgomery and Wright, "The Three Witches of Macbeth". It was very cleverly done and caused great amusement among the guests. In the guessing contest later on in the evening, Miss Dale Havenor was declared the winner. At eleven o'clock a delicious three-course luncheon was served to the fifty guests by the gins of the Domestic Science Department. Instrumental In-strumental and vocal music was interspersed in-terspersed throughout the entertainment enter-tainment of the evening bv the Misses Miss-es Whittlesey, Merz and Jensen. |
