Show Andrew L. Hson Weds Fair Ohio Girl Word is received by the Pyramid that one of the society events of the season in Geauga County, Ohio, was the marriage of Miss Charlotte Le-nore Le-nore Hyde to Mr. Andrew Lidell Nil-son Nil-son of Mount Pleasant, in the Con-gegational Con-gegational Church at Burton, Saturday Satur-day evening, January 31st, In the presence of 200 guests. The church was beautifully decorated dec-orated with evergreen, ferns and white roses. There were two prstty abors over each aisle. Conrad Thrasher, Jewett Dean, Elwell Taylor Tay-lor and Robert Dayton were ushers. At 6:30 o'clock Miss Jean Tuttle took her place at the pipe organ almost hidden in foliage, and played the nuptial prelude in an impressive impres-sive manner. Lloyd Farrcll, brother-in-law of the brido sang "God Made Me Thine." As Miss Tuttle played, Mr. Nilson. accompanied by his best man, Willis Hunter, of Oberlin, came down the right, aisle. Rev. C. H. Stocking, who performed the ceremony, preceded them. Down the left aisle came Mrs. Lloyd Farrel, sister of the bride. She carried a bouquet of roses. Her little daughter. Charlotte Mae, ring bearer, dressed in white with pink ribbons, followed. Then came Miss Hyde, with her father, George H. Hyde. They took their places about Rev. Stocking. The bride was given away by her father. The ring ceremony was used. Immediately after the benediction Lloyd Farrel sang "O Promise Me," and at the conclusion of the song Miss Tuttle played a wedding march. Guests followed the bridal party in procession from the church. A reception was held at the Hyde home, to which about 7 0 guests were invited. The residence was prettily decorated. Miss Cecil Crittenden, Crit-tenden, of Burton; Miss Frances Jensen, of Oberlin, and Mr. Farrel sang. The bride wore white libertv satin veiled in chiffon and trimmed with Irish point, and pearls. The veil was of ti'Mfa vifh n -1 ViloT-.n"nq After congratulations in the home the guests were Invited to the dining room, where they were seated around the bride's table. The table was decorated dec-orated wilh pink ribbon. Upon it was the bride's cake. - In a soft glow of candles, shaded w'th oranTe. th" guests were served by Conrad Thrash"'- and .Tewett Dean. The luncheon was in two courses, and consisted "f chicken croquettns, sandwiches, rolls, olives, nuts, coffpp. layer ice cream, fnilt cake. m?rsh-mallows. m?rsh-mallows. and the bride's cake which Mrs. Nilson cut. A feature of the wedding was orange or-ange blossoms sent bv Mr. Nilson's mother, of Long Bench. Cal. She-was She-was unable to be present at the marriage. mar-riage. The wedding was the cuIminaHm of a romance which hegan when Mr. Nilson and Miss Hyte- were students at Oberlin College, from which both are graduates. Mrs. Niloon. who is n daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Georre TT. Hvde. graduated grad-uated from Burton High school in the class of 1 909. later entering the college. col-lege.
