Show Bushnell Fund Freed; Immediate Action Seen The Box Elder Chamber of Commerce at Brigham City has been notified by Senator Arthur V. Watkins that the last hurdle has been overcome in Washington Washing-ton relative the converting of the Bushnell Hospital into a Navajo Indian School. Regarding permanent employment employ-ment at Brigham City, most jobs will be filled by civil service serv-ice examinations, including superintendent, principal, department de-partment heads, chief clerk, teachers, matrons, supervisors, guards, office force and maintenance main-tenance crew. The school includes 108 buildings build-ings of brick construction. The full amount of $3,750,000 asked of congress is expected to be available for remodeling the hospital. It is expected to have the project completed and ready for operation by Jan. 1, 1950. |
