Show CHAMPS OFF FOR LOUISVILLE:, Headed by L. F. Peit, Safety Engineer for the Utah Cojiper Co. the International Champion First Aid team leave this week for Louisville, Ky., to defend their title in a tournament which will be held September J 5-18. This meet is of unusual interest as it will bring together approximately approxi-mately 100 learns from all parts I of the United States and several foreign countries. C. O'Connell, a director from the Bureau of Mines has been coaching the Utah Copper Co. team for the past month in preparation pre-paration for the big annual contest. con-test. ' The following are members of the team from Utah Copper Co., who are making the trip to Louisville: C. Paulson, captain; George Knudson, coach; K. H. Watson, E. G. ; Rose, Clarence Watkins and W. I). Kidd. ' The team will be away for about ten days and are highly hopeful of again capturing the coveted championship. |
