Show Gov. Maw To Attend Civic Clubs Meet At Mt. Pleasant, Feb. 28th Officers and directors of the Associated Civic clubs of Southern South-ern Utah have chosen Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant as the scene of their regular mooting, Saturday, February 2H. Although there will be a directors direc-tors mooting in the forenoon an afternoon meeting at the Kinema theater and the banquet ban-quet meeting will bo open to the public, Mr. Jensen said. Mayor Soren M. Nielsen will greet delegates dele-gates at the afternoon session. Of particular interest to farm, business and civic lead.rs in the Sanpete area will be the discussion of water problems at the afternoon session at the Kinema, he said. Gooseberry Will Be Discussed Expected to be present at this session are Reed Gorman of the Federal Bureau of Reclamation and William R. Wallis of the Utah Water and Power Board. Both men are authorities on water problems of this area, Mr. Jensen said, and will discuss the Colorado River development and the Gooseberry Dam project's proj-ect's relationship to that development. devel-opment.
