Show Pilots Crippled Bomber Back To England Robert Bohne Gets Commission After 19 Bombing Missions From an eighth AAF Bomber command station in England this week came the news that Flight Officer Robert E. Bohne, Pilot of the AAF Flying Fortress, "My Devotion," has been commissioned commis-sioned a second lieutenant in the AAF. Lieut. All bailed out successfully through overcast a-bove a-bove England before the youthful youth-ful commander abandoned the plane. Son of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Bohne of Spanish Fork, the young officer of-ficer attended Spanish Fork high school and was enrolled at Brig-ham Brig-ham Young university when he enlisted in the Army Air Forces in July, 1939.
