Committee Chosen to Campaign in County for Weed and Seed Control Thomas W. Jensen, president, and George C. Sorensen, secretary of ths Sanpete county farm bureau, met at Manti Tuesday with the board of county commissioners for the purpose pur-pose of organizing a seed certification certifica-tion and weed control committee to sponsor the program of the state farm bureau committee, in Sanpete county. Chosen to comprise the committee were the following: the three county coun-ty ' commissioners, S. M. Nielsen of Mt. Pleasant, George Cook of Ftn. Green and Frank Maylett of Manti Man-ti Clinton K jar, ' district seed inspector, in-spector, stationed at Manti; T. W. Jensen; the five Smith-Hughes men in the county, including A. E. Dar-ley Dar-ley of Mt. Pleasant and Eldon West-enskow West-enskow of Moroni. The above named committee will later conduct a drive for the eradication eradi-cation of noxious weeds and also to stress the urgency of compliance with the state pure seed laws.
