| Show ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A COUNTY ROAD 1 THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DAVIS COUNTY STATE OF ORDAINS AS SECTION Upon petition of and with the consent of all real property owners abutting the hereinafter described and identified county the Board of Davis County Commissioners has determined that there is good cause for vacating the said county road and the vacation thereof will not be detrimental to the general public SECTION That the following described and identified road in Davis County be and the same hereby is to Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Block Val Verda Plat which point is feet East and feet South from the North quarter corner of Section Township 1 Range 1 Salt Lake Base and and running thence South 34 degrees 4 minutes West thence North 64 degrees 50 minutes East thence North 34 degrees 4 minutes East thence West feet to the point of And that title to the above-described road is hereby vested in the abutting property owners to the center line SECTION This ordinance shall become valid and effective fifteen days after its passage or upon the date of its publication in a newspaper having general circulation in Davis or whichever date is Unanimously passed and approved this day of April Commissioners Stanley M.
