A pleasant social afternoon and evening was spent. Eliza J. Day was barn In Mount Pleasant November 17, 1860, the daughter of Eliza C. B. Staker and Nathan Staker. She married Eli A. Day June 19, 1878 in the S.. George Tempte. They made the Jcurney in a wagon. She is tho mother of thirteen children, eleven of whom are living: Mrei. A. U. Miner, Mrs. E. D. Coombs, George and Arthur Day of Fair-view, Fair-view, Mrs. Dora Sanderson of Hinckley, Mrs. B. F. Lars-en' of Provo, Eli A. Day, Jr. of Morgan, Joseph S. Day of Bountiful, Alvin Day and Mrs. Bruce Southworth of Lcs Angeles, Mrs. Clifton Anderson An-derson of McCammora, Wyoming. She also has thirty-nine grandchildren. grand-children. Mrs. Day has been a Relier Society So-ciety teacher for more than thirty years. Out of town guests were: Jamiea B. Staker of Mt. Pleasant, Dr. and Mr."-.
