Show Sanpete, Juab Counties Joined In Wheat Plan Sanpete and Juab counties have been joined as a single unit for dealing with the federal government in connection with the wheat allotment allot-ment plan. The reason for this is that neither county raises sufficient wneac to De consiaereci ov itseu. in all but the dealing with Washington or the federal agencies, however, the counties will continue with their present organizations and will act as separate units. A meeting of committee members of the two counties was held in the Enhraim city hall Monday and an organization effected, to be known is the Sanpete-Juab Wheat Allotment Allot-ment a'.sociatlon. Sixteen wheat officials of-ficials of the two counties wore In attendance, with Juab County's agent ag-ent A. E. Smith presiding nnd W. W. Owens of the U. S. A C. also attending. Robert Winn of Ncphi was named incident of the new association; ClifTord Childs of Gunnison, vice resident: Leo Jackman. Levan. and Georr.e Sorenson. Mt. Pleasant, as members of the allotment commit-t"P. commit-t"P. Smith was made secretary and W. E. Thorpe of Ephraim treasurer.
