Day's End Finds First Aid Room Is Busiest WASHINGTON, D. C. The first aid room at national OPA headquarters stays open until 5:40 every afternoon, although the rest of the offices close at 5:30. A pretty nurse explained: "We have to stay on a few minutes min-utes longer to patch up the ones who get knocked down the stairs trying to get out of here at 5:30."
