Show Pegleg Is Unwelcome at Annual Police Dance KANKAKEE, ILL. Acting Chiei Elmer Nelson of the police depart ment ordered Sgt. Bert Luckey to stay on duty the night of the annual an-nual police dance, although it wai his regular night off. "But, chief," protested Luckey, who has an artificial leg. "I wanna go."
