Above nil, he made friends and held them, nnd kept custom satisfied. Today William is no longer "clerking" he is one of the successful merchants of tho town. His lawyer and doctor friends arc glad to have him a client or n patient. You may think that this picture is overdrawn but it is not. There nre "Bills" like this in every community, even so in Price. The youth "behind the counter" if ho be nlert and takes full advantage of his opportunities is the successful suc-cessful merchant of tomorrow. Never forget this when being "weighed on" by one of them.
