| Show A Municipal Corporation ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT pursuant to a public hearing was noticed and held on September in the City Hall at o'clock for the purpose of considering and discussing the desirability and need of amending the salaries of the city officers and one appearing for or against said and in the opinion of the City Council and Mayor it is necessary and for the best interest of the City of Bountiful that the compensation of such city officers be amended commencing on the 1st day of BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF BOUNTIFUL Section That the annual salaries effective July 1974 of the following officers be amended as City City City Police Fire Street Water Sewer Parks Recreation Cemetery Section All resolutions and or parts thereof in hereby Section Ordinance to Take Effect In the opinion of the City it is necessary to the health and safety of the inhabitants of Bountiful that this Ordinance take effect Section To Take Effect Upon First This Ordinance shall take effect at once upon its first Passed by the City Council of this day of MORRIS F.
