Show Funeral Services Held Saturday for Leonard M. Fryer Impressive funeral rites were conducted Saturday for Leonard M. Fryer, well-known fruit farmer far-mer of Lindon, who died May 12 of a heart ailment. The services conducted by Bishop Bish-op LeGrande Ercanbrack, were held in the Lindon Ward Chapel. Invocation was offered by W. Robert Marrott; Mrs. Delbert Chipman and Rulon Nicholes sang "I Know That My Redeemer Lives." Liv-es." They were accompanied by Mrs. Owen Humphries. Speakers were Patriarch David B. Thome, Junius A. West, and Alroy Gillman. All of whom spoke highly of the character of Mr. Fryer, his hard work, and friend-linss friend-linss to his neighbors, and also spoke words of faith and encouragement encour-agement to the bereaved family. Interspersing the speakers, Mor-ley Mor-ley Steele, accompanied by Stella T. Steele sang "Oh My Father." After closing remarks by Bishop Bis-hop Ercanbrack, Ray Shelley, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Humphries sang the closing number "Going Home." Benediction was pronounced pronoun-ced by Robert Oscarson. Burial directed by Olpin Mortuary, Mor-tuary, was made in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery, Ruben Tom-linson, Tom-linson, offered the dedicatorial prayer. Prior to the church services, prayer in the home -was offered by Wrenard Tomlinson. Pallbearers were Joseph Wad-ley, Wad-ley, Verl Christiansen, Benjamin Adams, Joseph Christiansen, Kenneth Ken-neth Gillman, and H. Fowkle. Lindon Ward Relief Society care for and arranged the floral offerings. |
