Show Pleasant Grove Budget Hearing Next Monday Tentative budget for Pleasant Grove City in 1952 is $91,020, according to Mayor W. Robert Marrott. Hearing on the budget will be on next Monday night at the regular council meeting, when taxpayers are invited to scrutinize the budget as set up for the year. The budget for 1951 was approximately ap-proximately $84,500. Assessed valuation of the city in 1951 was $1,508,000. This coming year the city will have a valuation of $1,721,119, approximately $200,000 more than the present annum. The proposed 1952 budget calls for approximately $7,00 more, but is in line with the increased valuation valu-ation of property within the city limits. The city will live within its budget in all departments this year, Mayor Marrott said. |
