Show Gore Bakery Under New Management Gore's Bakery, operated until recently by Mr. and Mrs. James Gore, is now open under new management, man-agement, and will feature a complete com-plete line of baked goods, including includ-ing bread, rolls, pasteries, cakes, pies and confections. Annoucement of the change of hands was made Wednesday by Dean Smith, the new proprietor, who has purchased the equipment and machinery from the Gores. However, Mr. Smith said, the bakery bak-ery will continue to carry the Gore signature. Mr. Smith has had wide experience exper-ience in the baking business. A native of Spanish Fork, he started his baking carrer in Provo at Lilly's Pastry Shop., He and Mrs. Smith came here from Richfield after working in Parson's Bakery for about a year. He also was employed in Blue Ribbon Bakery Bak-ery at Price. Mrs. Smith will help him in the business. Mr. Smith said that they will cater to school children with ham- burgers, hot dogs, malts, ice cream, milk shakes, soft drinks and candy. Mrs. Ethel Gore will leave shortly short-ly for the coast to join her husband hus-band who is now In the navy. She thanks her many friends for their patronage. |
