Show Third Ward N ews Babies blessed and given names Sunday Dec. 7 were Jeffrey Joseph Jo-seph West, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vance M. West; Jolene Rees, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Theo-dore Rees; Christian Arthur Fu-gal, Fu-gal, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fugal; Carolyn Fugal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bryan C. Fugal; Bonita Pernod, daughter of Mr', and Mrs. Harold Penrod; David Riley Jacob, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman E. Jacob; Kerry Lew Miller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dee Miller. The fireside chat was held at thte home of Eugene Bezzant on Sunday night after church. Diane Thorne showed slides of the sacred pageant presented at the Hill Cu-morah. Cu-morah. The primary officers and teachers teach-ers held a meeting and social at the home of Joe Davis Monday night. Mary Neves, who is moving to Salt Lake City was honored at the regular monthly genealogical committee meeting held Monday evening at the home of Horace Monson. Alex Wadley showed slides of places of interest in Church history. Sister Neves has been the genealogical class leader. Refreshments were served and a social hour enjoyed. Thursday a group of neighbors and friends entertained at the Albert Anderson home for Mr. Anderson and Mrs. Neves. Mr. Anderson An-derson is going to spend the winter with his son Dean in California. |
