Show Funeral Is Held Thursday For Aneliza J. Phillips Funeral services for Mrs. Aneliza An-eliza Jacob Phillips, 77, were conducted con-ducted Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Third ward chapel, by Bishop Calvin Cal-vin Walker. Mrs. Phillips died at her home Sunday after a sudden illness. Born in Midway, Wasatch County, Coun-ty, Dec. 18, 1871, she was a daughter daugh-ter of Joseph and Ellen Gerber Jacob, early pioneers of that county. coun-ty. On March 24, 1898, she was married to John A. Phillips in Og-den. Og-den. They came to Pleasant Grove 18 years ago. Survivors besides her husband, include three daughters, Mrs. Alene Al-ene Gay P. Kerssley, Ogden; Mrs. Heleta. May P. Thurman, Albany, Calif., and Mrs. Katherine June P. Jackson, Rifle, Colo., four brothers, Milton and Isaac Jacob, Pleasant Grove; Elmer A. Jacob, Provo, and I. H. Jacob, Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren and a great-grandson. |
