Show Variety Club Meets At Home of Mrs. Monte Blackhurst Mrs. Monte Blackkhurst assisted by Mrs. L. G. Blackhurst entertained enter-tained the Variety club last Wednesday Wed-nesday evening. Luncheon was attractively at-tractively served at small tables. For- entertainment after luncheon, Mrs. S. C. Jackson, reviewed "The Doctor Wears Three Faces." Mrs. Charles Harper was presented pre-sented with the birthday gift from the club. Guests of the hostess were Mrs. Rollo Blackhurst, Mrs. David Blackhurst, and Mrs. Don Fenton. Club members present were Mrs. Paul Blackkhurst, Mrs. Cecil Bul- lock, Mrs. Harold Armistead, Mrs. Wm. Hunter, and Mrs. Robert Os-cason. Os-cason. On Wednesday evening of this week Mrs. Elvin Carson entertained entertain-ed the Variety club, at a dinner and theatre party in Provo. Dinner was enjoyed at the home of Mrs. Lilly Carson in Provo. Preceding dimmer competitive games were played, were Mrs. Leah Pope a guest carried off 1st prize and Mrs. Reed Orton 2nd. The pleasant evening terminated with a show at the Academy theatre. thea-tre. "Come To The Stable." All club members were present and report, a very fine evening.
