Show Local News Miss Eloise Richards of the LDS hospital spent Thanksgiving-weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. S.' Richards. Bishop Neil Y. Fugal is resting at the American Fork hospital following fol-lowing an appendectomy performed perform-ed Wednesday morning. Also receiving re-ceiving medical care at i the hospital hos-pital this week are Orson Hancock and Mrs. Ole Christiansen. The fruniy of Mrs. Ernest Jense all came to the old home on Thursday Thurs-day where they enjoyed Thanksgiving Thanks-giving dinner. Covers were laid for Mr. and Mrs. Ferrin Good'e p,nd family, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Pax-n-.an and children of American Fork; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Anderson and children and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Lovell and baby. About a score of young people mostly students of Pleasant Grove high school enjoyed a very pleasant pleas-ant party as the guests of Miss Ardena Beck, one evening the past week, following a dancing party. Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. Troy Fisher were dinner guests at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Guy A. Richards in American Fork. Other guests were Dr. and Mrs. Boyd J. Larsen of Lehi, Mr. and Mrs. Frances Casper, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Richards and Mr. Ray Parks of American Fork. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Walker on Thanksgiving day had as their guests Mr. Walkers mother, Mrs. May K. Walker and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Walker and son of Tooele, Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Moyle and family of Alpine, Mr. and Mrs. Hora.ce Walker and children of Heber; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Wig-ginton Wig-ginton and Mrs. Lawrence Farr of Pleasant Grove. Austin and Emily Wright Tyler of Provo entertained the Wright family very pleasantly Saturday evening at their home. A very tasty luncheon was served and games and family chat followed. Present were Mrs. Tyler's mother, Mrs. Mary Wright; Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Wright ancl Janet of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Don Wright of Lehi; Mrs. Oral Wright, Kenneth, Norman and Beverly Wright, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Walker Walk-er and Dee, Jimmy and Mary Wakler, all of Pleasant Grove. |
