Show George Dalton Farewell Is Sunday Evening A farewell testimonial honoring George Dalton will be held Sunday Sun-day evening in Manila ward chap- el. Opening prayer will be offered by H. V. Swenson. A vocal duet with violin obligato will be sung- by Irwin Jensen and Nash Grant with Mrs. Nash Grant accompanist and Miss Barbara Jensen, violin. Talks will be given by George E. Jorgenson of Price, an uncle of Mr. Dalton and by Evan Wright, Miss Estelle Fenton and Dr. Homer Hom-er F. Royle of American Fork. Music interspersing the speakers speak-ers will be a violin solo by Margaret Mar-garet Morton and a piano selection select-ion by Marilyn Whitesides. Response will be made by the young missionary and after closing clos-ing remarks by Bishop Warnick Swenson, B. A. Adams will pronounce pro-nounce the benediction. Elder Dalton who is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Mack Dalton will enter the LDS mission school in Salt Lake City on Monday, June 21 and on June 30 will leave for the South African LDS mission field, the same field which his parents served in some years ago. The young elder has a brother, Gerald, who is serving his church in the Argentine LDS mission at Tres Arroyas, Argentina. |
