Show Local News Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Duvall became be-came the parents of a son on December Dec-ember 2. I A son arrived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Spray on November Nov-ember 29. Mrs. Jeanette Warnick arrived home from Pasadena, California this week to spend the Yuletide at her home here. Walter and Eva Yancey Williams Will-iams of Salt Lake City are happy over the arrival of a baby daughter daugh-ter on December 10. Mrs. Jessie Wadley left Wednesday Wednes-day by train for Ames, Iowa, where she will be present at the graduation grad-uation of her son, Bryce from the Iowa State College. Mrs. Wadley will spend the yuletide there with her son and family. Last Sunday evening following the Cantata at the high school, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Armitstead entertained ent-ertained a few neighbors at a social soc-ial hour and refreshment. They were Mrs. Lacy White, Mrs. Donna Don-na Ash, Mr. and Mrs. William Hunter and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Stott. Mrs. Harold Armitstead entertained enter-tained her Beehive class at her home on Tuesday evening.. The game "Cootie" was the entertainment entertain-ment for the evening with Miss Ann Clark winning the prize. Much fun was created by the exchange of white elephant gifts. Girls present pres-ent to enjoy the evening and the tasty hot lunch were Ann Clark, Wanda Winters, Greta Homer, Ar- . lene Slater, Margene Page and Merline Evans. I |
