Show Pleasant Grove Locals Mrs. James Peterson is still very ill. Mrs. Mary Weeks is ill at her home. Charles Warnick is ill with "flu" at his home. Babys born locally on President Roosevelt's birthday are: sons to Mr. and Mrs. Zera and Lillian Bullock Radmall and to Mr. and Mrs. Jesse and Lila Kooyman Millet. Vern Cullimore of the D. T. R. Co. returned home Tuesday from a very instructive and pleasant trip with members of that organization to Los Angeles and San Francisco. Mrs. Arlene Olpin and two little sons, Roger and Owen, returned Thursday to their home in Fillmore after a week's visit with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Culmer, and other relatives here from Sunday Sun-day to Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Culmer Cul-mer entertained at a family dinner at their home. Mrs. Elva Chadwick and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Culmer of American Fork were other guests. Mrs. Carl Sjoberg and daughter,! Alice, was in Salt Lake the forepart of the week to attend funeral services serv-ices for Mrs. Margaret S. Reibens, mother-in-law of Judith Sjoberg Rieben. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard O. Harris attended the wedding reception for their nephew at the Jensen home in Salt Lake Thursday evening. Mrs. Fern Pierce Pendk of Park City, left Wednesday for her home after spending a week here with her mother, Mrs. Ed Ball. Mrs. Emma Overlade of Salt Lake is caring for her mother, Mrs. Mary Weeks, who is ill. Mrs. Thomas Fenton returned to her home Sunday very much improved im-proved in health after undergoing an operation at Payson. LeRoy Passey, judge of the Juvenile Juve-nile court of Utah county, spoke to the Open Forum class of Adult Education Edu-cation Thursday evening. Miss Sylvia Young of Heber, who recently returned from the Eastern States Mission, spent the week-end with her uncle and aunt, Dr. and Mrs. G. Y. Anderson. Ezra J. Swenson and C. R. Clark, accompanied by their wives left Monday for an Eastern trip. They will drive a car home for Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Swenson. Mrs. Josie G. Walker has begun her duties as a teacher in the Harrington Har-rington school at American Fork. She takes the place of Mts. Lillian Booth, who will be a teacher trainer at the B. Y. U. Leo Oler and three boy friends of Shelley, Idaho, called Saturday to see Mr. Oler's grandmother, Mrs. Adeline Nelson, on their way to California. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Jergenson and little daughter of Ophir, spent the week with Mr. William Bullock and other relatives in Pleasant " Grove. Last week Mrs. Eva Gillman spent the week with the Jergensons at Ophir, where she attended a shower in honor of her neice who was recently re-cently married. Mr. and Mrs. Will Green entertained enter-tained at dinner Sunday for their son, David, of Logan, and daughter, Wilma, of the L. D. S. hospital, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Ferguson and baby, Colleen, of Edgemont, Mr. Mike Peterson of Lehi, and the other oth-er members of the family. Mr. and Mrs. J. Sanford Walker and Mr. and Mrs. I. E. Carlson spent Tuesday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Carlson in Salt Lake. Mr. Carlson's condition is not much changed. Mr. and Mrs. George Chaffin of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Niels Fugal and Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Sundberg motored motor-ed to Magna Sunday to visit with Mr. Joseph Young, a brother of the ladies, and to help celebrate his birthday anniversary. The Young Mothers club members met after school Monday at the home of little Miss Eloise Richards, where they spent a pleasant hour making doll clothes and partaking of refreshments. Last week's club was held at the home of Donna May Marrott. Others of the club are, Mary Jane Green, Dorothy Ann Nelson, Doris Peay, Maurine Walker Walk-er and Gwen Lee. Members of the Adamson family recently enjoyed a social good time at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd B Adamson at American Fork m honor of Mr. Adamson's birthday. Present were, Mr. and Mrs Ben Adams, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Adamson Adam-son Mrs. Nell Adamson, Mr. and Mrs Paul Adamson, Mrs. Marion Adamson, Mrs. Wanda Adams, Gean, Maxine and Mariam Adamson and Laura Adams of Pleasant Grove; Mr and Mrs. J.
