Show I u Offers Service To Laborers-Farmers Laborers-Farmers American Fork, Utah March 30, 1936. American Fork Citizen, Gentlemen: Will you please publish the following follow-ing announcement in the next issue of your paper for the good it may do? Believing that much good can be done in our community both to the individual who is unemployed, but willing and anxious to work at any job offering him fair and reasonable compensation for his efforts; as well as to the individual on the other side who may have something going to waste, or depreciating in value, or falling short of possible productivs-ness productivs-ness because of a lack of help to properly do the necessary work at the proper time; ' I am offering my services free of charge to the people of American Fork to act as an employment em-ployment agency to put the employer employ-er and employee in contact with each other. . Realizing that often the prospective prospec-tive employer has no money with which to hire the needed help, but that he may, and undoubtedly does have something of value that could be used by some one else, that he would willingly .trade for the help needed, and that often the prospective prospec-tive employee would gladly exchange his labor for produce of various kinds for his own use, if he knew how to contact the person with whom he could make such a trade. Therefore if any one having any kind of jiob, large or small, to do, or any one wishing to work either for cash or on an exchange basis will list their needs with the necessary neces-sary information with the undersigned, under-signed, I will be happy to render what service I can in this connection. connec-tion. Yours for better cooperation, Terry Draper, 426 East State Street, American Fork, Utah. |
