Show Pleasant Grove Locals Sam W. Hilton Jr. spent the weekend week-end with his family. He is attending attend-ing school at Logan. Mrs. Leroy Smith underwent a serious operation at the American Fork hospital Thursday morning. Mrs. Alta Walker was at Provo Wednesday to visit her daughter, Melba W. Cluff and new grandson at the Crane Maternity hospital. Many of our people are taking advantage of the splendid classes given at the B. Y. U. this week at the Annual Leadership Week. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Walker entertained en-tertained at dinner Sunday evening for Mr. Ezra Walker, Amy Walker of Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Walker and family of Spring-ville. Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Pack are rejoicing re-joicing over the arrival of a new granddaughter. The proud parents are Mr. and' Mrs. Paul Pack of Los Angeles, California. The baby will be called "Patricia." Merrill N. Warnick spent Wednesday Wednes-day at Cache Valley where he, with National fieldman, Mr. Nichols, organized or-ganized Holstein Dairymen's organizations. organi-zations. Mr. and Mrs. H. Sheridan Cragun are moving back to their home in the Windsor ward after residing in Salt Lake City for some time past. The Church History class of the Second ward were entertained at the home of Don Peterson during the week. Fifteen members were present. Instructors of the class are, Laura Robertson and Marcella Peterson. Mrs. C. P. Warnick, Miss Effie Warnick and Miss Alta Budge of Provo, were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Merrill N. Warnick Sunday. Sun-day. They were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford W. Warnick Sunday evening. Mrs. Elsie Monson will entertain at a social at her home Saturday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Lavar Huntsman. Miss Marie Tomlinson and Miss Leora Walker, students of the U. S. A. C. at Logan, were in Pleasant Grove Saturday and Sunday to visit with their parents and also to attend at-tend funeral services of Miss Walker's Walk-er's grandmother. Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Adams and family of Burley, Idaho, have been visiting with Mr. Adams' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph S. Adams. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Carlson, who have also been visiting with the Adams family, returned to their home at Albion, Idaho, Wednesday after a pleasant two weeks' visit with relatives rela-tives and friends here. A pleasant social event of the week was given Saturday evening by Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Lewis for Mr. and Mrs. Harold Keetch, Mr. and Mrs. B. Cobbley, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ken-neth Gillman and Mr. and Mrs. John Swenson. Games and luncheon lunch-eon were enjoyed. Out of town people who attended the funeral services of Mrs. Nettie Walker were: Ernest Eaton, John Eaton and Mr. and Mrs. Irving Eaton, Vernal; Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Shipley, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Shipley, Ship-ley, Cyril Patterson, two daughters and one son, Thomas Shipley and daughter, Mrs. Bult, Mr. and Mrs. D. C. Larsen and son and Mr. and j Mrs. L. L. Larsen and three daughters, daugh-ters, all of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Bert Rowley and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Cunningham, Airs. Katie Adams, Mrs. William Fitzgerald, Fitz-gerald, Mrs. Joseph Shelley, Mr. and Mrs. David Conder, Mrs. Earl, Mr. and Mrs. Randall Shipley, Bishop and Mrs. James T.
