A Bci:- Held At Geneva Last week's dances, Decoration night, and Saturday night at Gen eva, were reported to have been ' largely attended and was very sue- oessful from every standpoint of J view. It is estimated that there j were over one thousand people at-i tending the dance Decoration night ' and Saturday night there was also a I very large crowd. Everyone seemed ! to be enjoying themselves immensely, j ::23.00 cash prizs will be given to the r iri having the most votes- The prize will be given away Saturday ni .'ht, June 8th. '-there are some very popular girls now entered in the contest, but, there is still a chance for someone else to take the prize. Miss Leola Robinson is now leading lead-ing by quite a number of votes, the six next high are Marrion Lambert, Nadene Adamson, Naomi Jackson, Hazel Loveridge, Wilma Jeppson and Gladys Sho-ell. The winning girl will receive the cash prize, the next six, tickets to the Mae West picture opening Sunday at the Paramount theatre in Provo. Swimming at Geneva is al reported re-ported very good- The pools are now in excellent condition and will offer much enjoyment to the public during dur-ing the summer months. |
