Show Alex Beveridge Brought Here For Burial Funeral services for Alex Beveridge, Bever-idge, 42, were held in the Lehi Fifth ward chapel Friday afternoon, after-noon, November 10, at 2 o'clock p. m. Mr. Beveridge died Wednesday morning, November 8, following a ten week's illness. At the time of his death he was a resident of Pleasant Grove. He spent his childhood child-hood and youth in Lehi and for a number of years during his married mar-ried life he with his family made their home at Lehi. For the past three or four years he has been living liv-ing in Pleasant Grove. Bishop's counselor Clifton Clark of the Pleasant Grove Second ward had charge of the services. The opening , prayer was offered by President A. Carlos Schow. Speakers were William L. Hayes of Pleasant Grove and Bishop William Will-iam Hadfield. They brought out many fine and inspiring thoughts and comforted the family in bereavement. be-reavement. Musical numbers consisted of numbers by a quartet, Mrs. Leota Peterson, Mrs. Rula Dorton,' Mrs. Julia Jackson and Mrs. J. F. Royle, As the opening number they sang, !"My Father Knows" with Mrs. Dor-iton Dor-iton singing the solo part. The next number by the quartet was "God Moves in a Mysterious Way" and as the closing number they sang, "Beautiful Isle." A beautiful vocal solo was given by a Pleasant Grove lady. The closing prayer was offered by John Brems. Interment was made in the Lehi' city cemetery. o |
