Show Funeral Conducted Con-ducted for Abram Chadwick Funeral services were conducted Sunday in the American Fork Fourth ward for Abram Chadwick, a former resident- of this city. j Mr. Chadwick was born here March 9, 1887, a son of William and Catherine Cath-erine Chadwick. He spent his early life here where he attended public school and later worked on a farm. When his health began to fail he 'worked as a street car conductor in 'salt Lake City then moved to Oak-1 Oak-1 land, Californio, where he was a j real estate agent. Two years later 'he moved to Seattle, Washington, (where he died December 16th. I Bishop Lot Robinson was in charge of the services which were i attended by a large number of ! friends and relatives who mourn with the wife and children the loss cf this good man. Bishop Robinson announced the following program which was carried out: "Come Ye Disconsolate" sung by a quartet of ladies Mrs. W. R. Halli- day, Mrs. C. E. Young, Mrs. west Hammond and Mrs. J. F. Noyes, accompanied ac-companied by Miss Lois Greenwood who was accompanist for the services; serv-ices; prayer, D. H. Jorgensen; brief life sketch, Dr. James S. Chadwick; violin solo, Deloros Stout, accompanied accom-panied by Miss Woodbury of Salt Lake City; remarks, E. Ray Gardner and H. E. McNiell; solo "My Faith In Thee," Mrs. Myrtle Houston; remarks, Vernon Snyder of Salt Lake Blain Chadwick, son of the deceased, and Bishop Robinson. The quartet sang "At Peace" and prayer was offered of-fered by President Earl S. Greenwood. Green-wood. Interment was made in the American Ameri-can Fork City cemetery where the grave was dedicated by William A. Moody of Berkley, California. |
