She was born March 15. 1906 in Bingham, to Frank and Josephine Brown Wright. She married Wayne Isaac Martell Mav 19, 1932 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She graduated from BYU with a degree in elementary education. She later returned to school to receive her masters degree. She taught school at Fairfield, Central Elementary in Pleasant Grove, Lindon husband. Pleasant Grove: a daughter: Mrs Krvin (Barbara) Pack Pleasant Grove: eight grandchildren and (,ight greal grandchildren: grand-children: two sisters: Dorothy Manning, Lehi: Maureen Kinder. Salt lakl City. A daughter. Muriel, preceded her in death. Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 50(1 S. 300 East, Pleasant Grove, where friends may call Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. or Thursday one hour prior to services. He was raised and attended at-tended school in Lehi where he lived his entire life. Sager skating business for many years, taking skates to church cultural halls in small towns throughout Utah. They operated a roller skating rink in Lehi and Park RoShe in Springville before World War II. Following his release from the Army, he and his brother built Riverside Roller Rink in Provo. Uncle Jack operated that business - , XT' r I " Vincent D. Carroll Florence Lucille Wright Sager, American Fork, 84, died Dec. 29, 1988 in Pleasant Grove. She was born Jan. 18, 1904 in Lindon to John Hyrum and Alice Trinnaman Wright. Her mother died while she was an infant and she was raised by her stepmother, Ada Johnson Wright. She married H.I. (Ray) Sager Feb. 21, 1924. The marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died May 18, 1973. She was active in the American Fork 11th Ward. She was educated in the Temple worker. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Daniel E. (LaRae) Pittman,r-Orem; Pittman,r-Orem; a daughter-in- law, Audrey G. Sager, Midvale; five grand- ' children; 19 great grandchildren; three sisters: Mrs. Roy (Alice) Slater and Mrs. Gleed (Gladys) Olsen, both of American Fork; Mrs. Don (Ada) Naef, Pleasant Grove. She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 3, in the Anderson and Sons Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery. Vincent Daniel Carroll, 87, American Fork, died Dec. 23, 1988 in Inglewood, Calif. He was born Oct. 3, 1901 in Kansas City, Kansas to John Joseph and Mary Jane Mc-Sorley Mc-Sorley Carroll. He married Viona Johnson Feb. 2, 1925 in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. Tem-ple. She died Nov. 2, 1986. He is survived by two sons and two daughters: Cecil Dan Carroll, Tacoma, Wash.; John Vincent Carroll and BeJ'y Carroll Record, both of Los Angeles, Calif.; Mary Lavonne Davis, Cushion City, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two sisters: Helen Robinson, Robin-son, Gladstone, Mo.; Lorrine Grey, Kansas City, Kansas. Funeral services were held Friday, Dec. 30, in the Anderson and Sons Mortuary Chapel. Burial was in the American Fork City Cemetery. Pleasant Grove and American Fork schools. She helped her husband on their farm, was an excellent cook and seamstress. She lived in Orem for the past 15 years. She was a Provo |
