Who knows how many battles of life have been lost because a bit of .kindness and friendliness was not forthcoming at a time when it was most needed. "An (ii Age - An ( Sizr Hut i Liuik" 169 H. MAX BLACKAM at Lindon Schoo? Lindon Students Learn Proper Dental Care Dr. Max Blackham talked to the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students at Lindon Elementary during Dental Health Week. With chalk and blackboard he demonstrated the dangers of plaque on a person's teeth. The students wrote down the important facts as they were emphasized: We brush our teeth before breakfast. We eat three good meals daily with no snacks. Each time we eat, plaque forms. Each snack is an attack upon your teeth. It is far better to eat a sack of jelly beans all at once than to eat them throughout the day If you drink a bottle of soda pop do it all at once rather than sip it throughout the morning or afternoon. Our thanks to Dr Blackham. y ' V 5. ' ' o , ."t7" o' 'o y With the proper clothing, a man can stand the extreme cold as low as 50 degrees below zero Fahrenheit |
