Show Family Groups Visit Museum A glimpse of early life in Pleasant Grove proved interesting inter-esting and informative to two family groups that visited the Pioneer Museum and log cabin cab-in Monday evening. Mrs. Taile Alise from Samoa and her daughters Tulia, Andrea, Lar-issa Lar-issa and son Reuben came with Mr. and Mrs. Arlo Walker and daughters Irene and Afliss and son Corey. The two families were specially spec-ially interested in the photos of leading pioneers hanging in the museum and especially that of Hensen Walker, first presiding presid-ing elder in Pleasant Grove ar-ea ar-ea and later bishop. He is the great grandfather of Arlo Walker. The Alise family is living temporarily on Locust Avenue until Mr. Alise, who is an officer of-ficer in the U.S. Army, now stationed in Germany, can find a home for his family here. |
