John Beck and Elvin Clark shared the mound for the Gro-ve- rs with Elvin Clark as win-ning pitcher. In a game played last Wed-nesday, Orem tromped on the Pleasant Grove team by a score of 8 to 1. Provo is leading the loop with a 1 mark with their record marred only by the PI. Grove loss. Springville will be at Pleas-ant Grove on Wednesday, June 23 (game played too late for the Review to get the score), but if the Grovers maintain the type of play they have been playing they could take this one. On Friday, June 25, the Provo team will attempt to get even when they host Pleasant Grove at Timpanogos Park in Provo. Current standings are: Provo " 4 1 Orem 2 2 Pleasant Grove .... 2 3 Spanish Fork 2 3 Springville 2 3 Card of Thanks The family of Mike Waid and loved ones wish to express their heartfelt love and grati-tude to any all of you who have helped us through that grevious sorrow.
