Show Scera Tennis Tourney Open to Players from All Over County The Scera Tennis tournament will begin Saturday, Aug. 1 and continue through Saturday, Aug. 8, according to Keith Trane, tournament director. The tournament is open to any player in the area, and counts toward C.U.T.A. ranking. rank-ing. All matches will be played at the Orem High School Courts and a player may participate in 3 events only. The following divisions meet at the places and times as indicated in-dicated to sign up for play. Saturday, August 1 10 and under girls, Lincoln Jr. High, 9 a.m. 10 and under Boys, Orem High, 9 a.m. 12 and under girls, Lincoln Jr. High, 11 a.m. 12 and under boys, Orem High, 11 a.m. 14 and under girls, Lincoln Jr. 5 p.m. 14 and under boys, Orem High, 5 p.m. Monday, August 3 16 and under girls, Lincoln Jr., 9 a.m. 16 and under boys, Orem High, 9 a.m. 18 and under girls, Lincoln Jr., 5:30 p.m. 18 and under boys, Orem High, 5:30 p.m. Entries for all adult divisions must be in by Friday, July 31. Call Keith Trane to enter, 225-1023. Adult tournament will start Tuesday, Aug. 4. The following adult divisions will be played: Mens A Singles and Doubles, Tuesday, Aug. 4, 5:30 p.m. Mens B Singles and Doubles, Wed., Aug. 5, 5:30 p.m. Ladies Singles and Doubles, Thurs., Aug. 6, 5:30 p.m. Parent and Child Doubles, Thurs., Aug. 7, 5:30 p.m. A fee will be charged as follows: fol-lows: Jr. Singles, 50 cents; Jr. doubles, 25 cents each; Adult Ad-ult singles, $1.00; Adult doubles 50 cents each. Also on Aug. 10-15 at Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University, the Seventh Annual Intermountain Jr. Tennis championships and Challenge Matches will be held.
