Show LINDON LOCALS A get-together of friends was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth R. Gillman. A delicious dinner was prepared and served to the following: Mr. and Mrs. Leland Gillman, Mr. and Mrs. Reif Wadley, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Hooley and Mrs. Jenny Allred. Dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ron Brown, were Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Brown of Nephi and Mrs. Lavina Croft of Spanish Fork. They all visited vis-ited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hiatt of Pleasant Grove. Wednesday evening, the Lin-don Lin-don Lions Club was host to District Governor Albert C. Grosjean of Provo. Dinner was served at a local restrurant. The Lindon Second Ward Primary Pri-mary has just completed its Penny Parade. The Presidency wishes to thank all teachers and Primary workers for their time spent. They noted that the parade was another success. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Allman held the Young Married class at their home the past Sunday evening. Royal Christensen was home to spend the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmon Christensen. Royal is employed in Nevada, but will be quitting soon to enroll at BYU this next semester. Mr .and Mrs. Ivan Walker attended the Utah Couny Lincoln Lin-coln Day Dinner held in the Eldred Center in Provo this last week. The guest speaker was United States Senator Wallace Wal-lace F. Bennett. |
