surrendered rendered Ui suspended or contracted away all ali taxes shall be uniform upon to n the same came class claas of pro property erty within ue the territorial limits ot of t the e authority levring levying the tax and shall aall be levied and 0 collected o c ec for public purposes sear only 2 the legislature shall provide by la law for on an annual tax sufficient with other sources of revenue revenue to defray the estimated ordinary expenses of the state for each fiscal year for the purpose of paying the state debt if any there be berths athe Legis legislature laWre shall provide for levying a tax annually sufficient to pay fay the annual inter estand principal of such debt within twenty years from the final passage of t the he law creating the debt 3 I 1 there here shall be exempt from taxation property of the united states of the state stat counties cities towns school districts municipal al corporations and public libraries lots ts with the buildings thereon and used exclUsive exclusively lk for either religious worship or charitable pur purposes potes and places of burial not heldron held or used for private or corporate benefit Ditc ditches hta canals reservoirs
