S tl 1 Lt Dan Waters of the Uni Um- University of Utah Police Department Department De De- De will be the guest speaker at the South Bountiful Boun Elementary School PTA meeting on March 11 at 7 I pm p.m. This is a special program pro gram on Drug Abuse LT WATERS first went to work for the Salt Lake pop Police Police Po Po- lice Department in 1953 1958 Atone At Atone Atone one time he worked for Cor the Bountiful Police Department for a few months In 1969 1959 he joined the University or of Utah Police Department which is the fourth largest larget s police department not in in- eluding Sheriffs Sheriff's departments in the state of Utah He has worked in the narcotics section section sec sec- tion for the past four years For four months Lt Waters worked undercover and for this time he grew a beard and let his hair grow long He graduated from the Federal Federal Federal Fed Fed- eral Bureau of Narcotics at Long Beach California Recently Re Re- he returned from the FBI National Academy in b bWashington Washington D D. C C.
