Show district court holds three day session here the september term of the district court convened here monday afternoon and continued in session until late wednesday evening during which time many cases were tried and disposed of and others set for trial at the november term six criminal cases were brought into court only one of which was a new one this was the case of the state of utah vs billie lee sattley who was charged with a felony counsel for the defense asked that this charge be reduced to a misdemeanor and his request wai waa granted by the court the defendant therefore entered a plea of guilty to the latter charge but passing of sentence was postponed conditioned upon his obeying all laws good behavior and that he retrain refrain from the use of all ali intoxicating liquors and that he report to the court on november 18 and any other time the court may ask him to appear in the case of the state of utah vs john dale green the court reported that the defendant had
