HOURS TO BE CHANGED residents on the east side aide of 0 the e city ty whose sprinkling tickets last ear called for or early morning sprinkling will be given a period in the evening this year instead while those on oil the west side who sprinkled in the evening last year will have their turn in the mor mornings n this change was directed by the city council in fairness to those who may prefer a different hour than what they have previously had in view of the fact that the pressure is usually lower in the southeast corner of town the council authorized a slightly longer sprinkling per lod tor for that section sale of two sprinkling tickets was authorized to those who wish them with the understanding that in ease case of a shortage of water these second tickets will be first to be cut oft off
