kittle timed to devote to r religious duties he said there was not much tithing paid until the end of the year but thought there would woold be a fair amount paid in before the books were closed for the year it seems to be the time spoken of by isaiaa As with the priest so with the people the bishops are also very busy with affairs just as with the ward teachers at this point the choir rendered a thereby remembering the poor he also urged that the saints be regular in attending sacramental meetings and all other meetings which are under the direction of the the speaker defered to the representation sen tation of the various wards of the stake slake showing that some were not represented at this conference and that few of the people of the wards were in attendance so far as could be learned there were 9 from cedar and 19 from enoch and as cedar has a population of nearly 1800 as against enochs possible the cons was great there should have been a large number more from the first mentioned ward our percentage of at at fast services quorum meetings etc are the lowest of any stake in the church patriarch smith was the next speaker and defered to our indifference as members some do ab so lutley nothing in nor for the church yet would be very indignant if told they were not saints any other society would cast them out not for what they do but for doing nothing to retain their membership the session was closed by benediction being pronounced by richard lund of paragonah Par Para aRonah gonah ward SUNDAY MORNING this session was given over to the sabbath school and
