LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-14-21, Utah Code Annotated An-notated (1953), as amended, amen-ded, on January 26, 1984, the City Council of Park City, Summit County, Utah (the "Issuer") accepted the offer of Boettcher and Company, Salt Lake City, Utah to purchase $330,000 Water Development Fee Bonds, Series 1983 (the "Bonds") at a discount price of $318,450, plus accrued ac-crued interest to the date of delivery. The Bonds, pursuant to a Resolution of the City Council of the Issuer adopted on January 26, 1984, are to be Issued for the purpose of paying for a portion of the cost of constructing con-structing a one million gallon water tank, a 14-inch 14-inch delivery system and related improvements of said Municipality, together with costs of issuance of the Bonds. The Bonds shall bear interest, in-terest, shall be numbered from R-1 upwards in denominations of $5,000 or any multiple thereof, and shall mature on December 1 of each of the years and in the amounts as follows: Year, Amount, Interest 1984, $50.000,7.0 1985, $55,000, 7.5 1986, $60,000,8.0 1987, $65,000,8.5 1988, $100,000. 9.0 A copy of we Resolution adopted on January 26, 1984, by the City Council of the Issuer authorizing the issuance and confirming the sale of the Bonds is on file in the office of the City Recorder of the Issuer in Park City, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of the City Recorder from 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after date of the publication of this notice.
