Show Kitchen store increases selection Things are cookin' at the Rocky Mountain Kitchen Shop at 401 Main St. The shop has a new owner, and she is expanding the selection. Clare Jackson, who owned Park City Reservations before it was bought by Jupiter Property Management, Manage-ment, recently purchased Rocky Mountain Kitchen from Toni Doilney and Connie Marolt. "I was interested interest-ed in getting back into a business on Main Street," she said. W hen she decided to get back into the retail business, Jackson looked cooking school will be starting again in January on Saturday afternoons. Those classes are free to the public and each specializes in a certain culinary treat. Jackson said she intends to expand the store slightly, however. "I want to try and have more contemporary household goods for the entire home, to make the store a little more diverse," she said. Other possible additions could be an espresso bar and or a bakery. Locals are encouraged to check out Rocky Mountain Kitchen, Jackson said. They will receive a 10 percent discount on any purchase over $15. "I'm inviting all the locals to come in and do their Christmas shopping here," she said, adding that the shop's prices are comparable with any in Salt Lake. The hours for Rocky Mountain Kitchen are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, and will be expanded as soon as the ski season shifts into full gear. up Walt Bishop, a local business broker, who showed her various possibilities.
